• At Option Analysis Stage

A- The general Accuracy range of the Project Cost Estimate will be as below:
• Order of Magnitude Type: (-) 50% to (+)100%
• Class 5 Cost Estimate Type: (-)40% to (+)60%

A- Yes, The Project Cost Estimate, thus developed through this Software, can be broken down easily under various WBS (Work Break Down Structures) to facilitate Cost Budget Phasing of the various phases of the Project.

A- Yes, The Financial Cost Phasing can be created if a level 1 or Level 2 schedule is available.
